No piercing is required and each one is worn by gently sliding it onto the thinnest part at the top edge of your ear. From there, you guide it downward along the outer rim (helix) until it rests comfortably in place.
They are not adjustable, so there’s no need to bend or squeeze them — the fit is secure yet comfortable once they are positioned correctly.
