Unity Apatite Gold Necklace
Crafted in Double gold plated sterling silver our Unity Apatite Gold Necklace draws inspiration from ancient civilizations and symbolizes unity and equality.
This piece began as a wax carving I shaped by hand, gradually finding its form until it felt balanced.
I wanted it to carry a sense of connection and movement.
Once the carving was ready, I had it cast in sterling silver and finished it with an 18k double gold plating.
At its center is a triplet stone made from apatite, black leap, and quartz that has been cut and assembled by our local lapidary in Athens.
The apatite brings a shifting blue tone, the quartz above deepens it, while the darker base of the black leap adds weight and a soft iridescence that changes with the light.
The design carries the idea of unity. The four forms radiating from the center represent four figures standing together, connected through a shared core. That feeling of togetherness gave the piece its name.
The pendant is paired with a solid sterling silver snake chain, also plated in 18k gold. Its smooth surface complements the sculptural texture of the central form and allows the piece to sit comfortably against the skin, balancing the pendant’s substantial weight and shape.
This is a substantial and statement piece that pops out worn just by itself but it can also be perfect for layering with long or short length chain necklaces for a maximalist look.
It features a lobster clasp fastening.
Total chain length :45 cm and can be altered upon request.
*We give our pieces the ”Double d’ Ór” gold plating which gives a 1.5 micron of thickness layer of 18 karat gold over silver that allows it to be much more durable over time.
