These present Terms and Conditions of Use and Sales, which include the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy, (hereinafter the “Terms” or the “General Terms” or “Terms of Use”), set the terms and conditions under which you, under any capacity, ie. the viewer, user, visitor, consumer, (hereinafter “You”, or the “User”, or “yours”), visit and/or use the context and the Services (ie. Register to receive newsletter, purchase from the e-shop) and is the sale contract you have with Us for the purchase of the Products from the e-shop.

Pricing
All prices are set in EUR and inclusive 24% Greek VAT.
Break A Stone website displays prices in your local currency according to the current exchange rate . The currency may change according to where you are located at the time of purchase.
If your credit card is used for a payment in foreign currency, most banks will allow you to pay, though they may charge a fee for this service. Please check with your bank to see if you can make international payments.
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through our e-shop, please note that due to technical errors a price of a Product displayed and advertised on breakastone.com may be wrong. After placing your order and before our payment, we check the prices of the ordered Products and in cases we discover that an error has been made, we will contact you as soon as possible and in any case before dispatching the Products of your order. It is upon your sole discretion whether you want to proceed with ordering the Product under their correct current price or to cancel the order. In cases where any communication with you is not possible, we will consider the Order canceled .
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Placing An order
By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. Your contract with Break A Stone will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Break A Stone provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.
The customer places the order by carrying out the following steps:
(a) Select product(s) and “add to cart”.
(b) Select either “Cart” on top left of the site or the relevant cart icon on the top right to see detailed information of the products to be purchased. To proceed with the purchase click on “Proceed To Checkout”.
(c) Enter all personal information required.
(d) Highlight the section “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions ” if you agree .
(e) Select between applicable payment methods
(f) Click Either ‘Place Order’ if you are paying with your credit card Or ”Proceed to PayPal’ if you are paying through PayPal.
After placing an order, we will send you an email , which confirms receipt of the order and contains the details of the order. This email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer.
Break A Stone accepts the offer either by shipping the products to the address provided by the customer or by confirming the shipping by an email. The contract has not been concluded before Break A Stone has accepted the offer.
Break A Stone reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders canceled by Break A Stone , but paid for, will receive a full refund.

We cannot accept cash, bank transfer, or payment in installments.
Although all items are displayed in your country’s currency, each transaction is charged under EUR (Euro Currency).

Your Rights
In case We execute the wrong order or deliver to You defective Products, You retain the right within 7 days from the Product delivery to contact Us to refer the problem of defect and to inform Us about your preference to either have the wrong or defective Product Returned, or to cancel the sale and have Your money returned.
Without prejudice of the withdrawal right and costs of return, We bare the cost of return and new delivery in cases of wrong or defective product.
You acknowledge and agree that the replacement of the wrong or defective Product is subject to the said Product’s availability. If replacement is not feasible, We will return your money including the delivery costs You may have incurred, subject to the provisions agreed to herein below. We will return your money at no delay and no later than four (4) days from the day the returned products are delivered to Us. We will issue a refund to the credit card that was used to place the order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Break A Stone will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Break A Stone is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Break A Stone is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
Cancellation by You
You can cancel your order in the following situations:
Before you submit the order, you can select the products you wish to remove from your cart by clicking on the “X” button which activates the removal of selected items.
After the receipt of our acknowledgment email that we have received and are processing your order and before we confirm and dispatch you order, you have 4 days where you can cancel your order by sending us an email at breakastonejewelry@gmail.com . Your email is considered that has been received from us for the purpose hereof, on the next business day, therefore we can cancel your order as per above only if your cancellation email has reached us before we dispatch your products.
In addition in cases where we amend your order as agreed to herein, you can cancel you order either as a whole or partly for those products that cannot be delivered to you.
Cancellation by Us
we reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage and / or the sales contract in the following cases:
– Due to a technical error, the product you ordered is not available and the system is not updated, and / or when its supply is not possible anymore by our company for any reason whatsoever.
– Due to technical error, the price of the Product or the description of the Product is wrong
– At our sole and absolute discretion, we consider that you are engaged in unfair practices by placing the order, or when you are not making fair use of e-shop ordering system
– Non – payment by you.
– Non-acceptance of the Product by you in accordance to these present Terms and Conditions.
– The execution of your order is against the Law, Rules and Regulations.
– In cases of Force Majeure.
– In cases, you have paid for the Products the sale of which has been canceled, we will return you the money paid with no delays with the same payment method.

Neither Break A Stone, nor any of their officers, directors, franchisees or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively, “Providers”), or the like, warrant that Break A Stone will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Break A Stone, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through Break A Stone.
